Lapisan tipis berbasis logam, logam oksida dan kompositnya dibuat untuk menghasilkan bahan yang stabil dengan kinerja katalitik yang tinggi dalam aplikasi fotokatalisis dan elektrokatalisis sebagaimana ditunjukkan pada research roadmap nanokatalis.
