Workshop ini menghadirkan pemateri yang hebat, yaitu, <strong>Dr. Fadillah,\u00a0M.Si.<\/strong> (Kepala Departemen Kimia Kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas indonesia) dan <strong>Linda Erlina,\u00a0M.Farm.<\/strong> (Dosen Departemen Kimia Kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas indonesia). Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada Sabtu, 23 Agustus\u00a02025 secara <em>online<\/em> melalui Zoom Meeting dan pada Senin, 25 Agustus\u00a02025\u00a0secara <em>offline<\/em> di Ruangan Kelas Gedung M, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.<br>\u00a0<br>Dalam kegiatan ini dijelaskan tentang pengertian molecular docking, dasar-dasar, tujuan, hingga peranan penting molecular docking dalam memudahkan penelitian dan pengujian obat baru terhadap target penyakitnya. Pada kesempatan <em>offline<\/em>, juga dilaksanakan simulasi docking mengguakan beberapa <em>software <\/em>yang telah banyak digunakan sehingga para peserta dapat secara langsung mempelajari bagaimana prediksi dan kualitas ligan serta interaksi aktivitasnya dengan protein target secara virtual.<br>\u00a0<br>Workshop ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada para peserta, tetapi juga memperlihatkan bagimana kemajuan teknhnologi memberikan dampat baik dan kemudahan untuk penelitian dan riset ilmah.\u00a0 Molecular docking memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pada penetilian dengan mempercepat penemuan dan pengembangan obat secara komputasi, terutama memprediksi interaksi molekuler dengan melakukan <em>virtual screening<\/em> terhadap senyawa untuk mengindetifikasi kandidat ligan potensial dan aktivitas biologisnya.
