International Education Day is a day that set by Indonesian government to commemorate the birth of Ki Hajar Dewantara, education pioneer figure in Indonesia and founder of Taman Siswa education institution, commemorate at May 2nd every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ki Hadjar Dewantara born on May 2nd 1889. He is a meritotious figure in the advance of Indonesian education, one of them is by build Taman Siswa at the time of dutch colonialism, so nicknamed as Indonesian Education Father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ki Hajar Dewantara always apply three motto in education system in Taman Siswa particularly. Philosophically, this motto is define about someone's role. This motto came from Javanese language.
