SEA-TEACHER (Southeast Asian Teacher Education Network)<\/strong> is an exciting program initiated by SEAMEO (Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization)<\/strong>. It is designed to enhance the quality of teacher education and foster regional collaboration across Southeast Asia. SEA-TEACHER promotes the mobility of pre-service teachers within the region, allowing them to gain professional experience, develop new teaching strategies, and share best practices in education.<\/p>\n

In 2024, the Biology Education Study Program<\/em> at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) had the privilege of participating in the SEA-TEACHER Batch 10<\/strong> program. This year, five students from Dong Thap University<\/strong>, Vietnam, joined as inbound students in four different programs at UNJ: Elementary School Teacher Education<\/em>, English Teacher Education<\/em>, Mathematics Teacher Education<\/em>, and Biology Education<\/em>. Among them, Lam Truong Loc<\/strong>, also known as Aron<\/strong>, joined the Biology Education Study Program<\/em> to learn alongside other students for 28 days.<\/p>\n
