Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Jenjang Magister membuka kesempatan bagi Lulusan Program studi Pendidikan Matematika atau Matematika untuk mendaftar sebagai mahasiswa baru Tahun Akademik 2015\/2016 dengan mengikuti ketentuan sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n

Persyaratan<\/h2>\nPersyaratan umum:<\/p>\n\n
    \n \t
  1. Memiliki ijazah sarjana (S1) bidang ilmu pendidikan matematika atau matematika.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Mempunyai kemampuan akademik yang baik sesuai dengan kriteria hasil tes yang ditetapkan.<\/li>\n \t
  3. Mendapat rekomendasi dari dua orang pembimbing\/ dosen saat menempuh pendidikan S1 atau atasan langsung tempat bekerja.<\/li>\n \t
  4. Berbadan sehat dengan melampirkan surat keterangan dokter.<\/li>\n \t
  5. Bagi pelamar yang sudah bekerja harus mendapat izin dari atasan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Waktu & Tempat Pendaftaran<\/h2>\nPendaftaran Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Jenjang Magister (S2) :\u00a02 Maret – 10 Juni 2015.\n\nUntuk informasi dan pengambilan formulir pendaftaran dapat langsung ke FMIPA UNJ.\n\n
    \n\n

    Cara Pendaftaran<\/h2>\nMenyerahkan berkas pendaftaran meliputi:\n
      \n \t
    1. Formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi lengkap<\/li>\n \t
    2. Salinan ijazah dan transkrip yang telah dilegalisir oleh Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan<\/li>\n \t
    3. Foto kopi ijazah dan transkrip yang telah dilegalisir melalui Surat Keputusan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi bagi pendaftar\u00a0 lulusan luar negeri<\/li>\n \t
    4. Surat rekomendasi akademik dari dua orang dosen yang pernah membimbing dalam studi atau dari atasan langsung tempat bekerja<\/li>\n \t
    5. Foto kopi identitas diri (KTP\/SIM\/Pasport)<\/li>\n \t
    6. Pas foto 4 x 6 sebanyak 2 lembar<\/li>\n \t
    7. Membayar uang seleksi sebesar Rp.500.000,- (lima ratus ribu rupiah)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Seleksi<\/h2>\nSeleksi akan di lakukan di FMIPA UNJ pada\u00a013 Juni 2015\u00a0<\/b>di FMIPA UNJ. Materi seleksi meliputi Tes\u00a0 Potensi Akademik (TPA),\u00a0 Tes Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris (TKBI), dan Tes Bidang Ilmu (TBI).<\/i> Hasil seleksi akan diumumkan pada tanggal\u00a020 Juni 2015<\/b>\n\n

      Daftar Ulang<\/h2>\nBagi pendaftar yang lulus seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru Prodi. Pendidikan Matematika Jenjang Magister (S2) FMIPA UNJ akan dihu\u001fbungi secara langsung melalui telepon maupun email.\u00a0 Pengumuman juga dapat di akses melalui alamat:\n\nhttp:\/\/fmipa.unj.ac.id\/jurusan\/matematika\/<\/i>\n\nDaftar ulang calon mahasiswa baru tanggal\u00a022 Juni – 11 Juli 2015<\/b>.
