Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh seluruh dosen dan mahasiswa aktif S2 Pendidikan Matematika sebagai bagian dari monitoring akademik dan evaluasi kemajuan studi mahasiswa.<\/p><h6 data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"642\">Pembukaan dan Arahan Pimpinan<\/h6><p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"928\">Pertemuan dibuka dan dipimpin langsung oleh Koordinator Program Studi S2 Pendidikan Matematika, <strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"762\">Dr. Makmuri, M.Si.<\/strong> Dalam arahannya, beliau menegaskan pentingnya kedisiplinan akademik, ketuntasan administrasi, serta komitmen mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tahapan studi tepat waktu.<\/p><p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1137\">Beliau juga mengingatkan bahwa percepatan penyelesaian studi tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab mahasiswa, tetapi juga memerlukan sinergi antara mahasiswa, dosen pembimbing (DP), dan pengelola program studi.<\/p><h6 data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1164\">Pembahasan dan Diskusi<\/h6><p data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1319\">Dalam sesi diskusi, disampaikan hasil monitoring akademik terkait perkembangan studi mahasiswa, khususnya berkaitan dengan Seminar Proposal Tesis.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Diskusi berlangsung secara terbuka dan konstruktif. Beberapa mahasiswa menyampaikan kendala yang dihadapi, antara lain proses penentuan topik penelitian, koordinasi dengan dosen pembimbing, serta kelengkapan administrasi akademik.<\/span><\/p><h2 data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1841\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: #7a7a7a;\">Berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan diskusi, disimpulkan bahwa:<\/span><\/h2><ol data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"2025\"><li data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1965\"><p data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1965\">Terdapat <strong data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1947\">16 mahasiswa angkatan 2022<\/strong> yang belum SPT.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"2025\"><p data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2025\">Terdapat <strong data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2007\">9 mahasiswa angkatan 2023<\/strong> yang belum SPT.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2133\">Kondisi ini memerlukan perhatian dan pendampingan intensif agar tidak berdampak pada masa studi mahasiswa.<\/p><h6 data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2159\">Rencana Tindak Lanjut<\/h6><p data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2257\">Sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam percepatan studi mahasiswa, disepakati beberapa langkah strategis:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2584\"><li data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2378\"><p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2378\"><strong data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2312\">Bimbingan intensif dengan Dosen Pembimbing (DP)<\/strong> untuk memastikan percepatan penyusunan dan pengajuan topik tesis.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2584\"><p data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2438\"><strong data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2427\">Penyelesaian seluruh administrasi akademik<\/strong>, termasuk:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2584\"><li data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2478\"><p data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2478\">Perpanjangan UKT (jika diperlukan),<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2516\"><p data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2516\">Pengajuan cuti (apabila relevan),<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2584\"><p data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2584\">Pengisian KRS yang dijadwalkan paling lambat <strong data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2583\">13 Maret 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2727\">Program studi akan melakukan pemantauan berkala terhadap perkembangan mahasiswa yang belum SPT serta memberikan pendampingan yang diperlukan.<\/p><h6 data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2748\">Komitmen Bersama<\/h6><p data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"3127\">Pertemuan ini menjadi momentum refleksi sekaligus penguatan komitmen bersama antara dosen dan mahasiswa untuk menjaga kualitas akademik serta mendukung percepatan masa studi.
