Laboratory of zoology is designed to support learning activities fo various courses in Biology Dept, particulary Biodiversity and Systematics of Vertebrate and Avertebrate This laboratoy is supported with two standard benches and many stools that make laboratory users are conveniently performing vairous activities Various equiments were also available in this laboratory to support diverse activities, such as microscope, dissecting kits, caliper, etc This laboratory was also equipped with two large cupboard to support the collection of vertebrate and invertebrate specimen All specimens were in good condition as this laboratoy followed standard guidelines in preparing, preserving, and storing animal specimen.
The Zoology Laboratory can accommodate student working groups with a preparation room that can also be used as a place for student discussions and laboratory assistants.

COLLECTION
The collection of animal specimens in Zoology Laboratory is quite varied and represents several kinds of taxa, ranging from invertebrates to vertebrates. Most specimens are collected in the form of wet preserves, others are collected in the form of dry preserves. The following is an appearance of some of the specimens found in the Zoological Laboratory.
