International Physics Seminar 2025 Report

Jakarta State university on Jun 21st held International Physics Seminar this year in conjunction with Seminar Nasional Fisika ke-14, as dual conferences held in the same time and location. This is a hybrid conference which allow participant to present onsite and remotely for the parallel event. The even was opened by University Secretary, Prof. Suyono and Faculty Dean, Dr. Hadi Nasbey. Opening session also attended Dean of Engineering Faculty, Prof. Neneng Siti Silvi Ambarwati, Prof. Iwan Sugihartono as the head of Research Innovation, along with academic senate, university graduates, plus sponsorhip representatives from PT Erlangga, PT Walco, and PT Attin.

Inviting 4 key notes speakers on the morning session, Prof. Aung Ko Ko Kyaw, Ph.D, from Southern Univ Science and Technology, China, Success Story of 40 Years of Research in Organic Photovoltaics: From Fundamental Discoveries to Commercialization. Prof. Suprijanto A Pawiro, Ph.D, from Universitas Indonesia. Development and Implementation of Dosimetry Audit in Radiotherapy. Dr. Noorzana Bin Khamis, University Technology of Malaysia, Malaysia, Innovative Strategies to Empower Physics Education for a Sustainable Future. Dr. Sparisoma Viridi, Institut Teknologi Bandung, From Particle to People: Exploring Complex and Sustainable Systems with Agent-based Modeling.

The after noon session which gave opportunity to participant for the parallel session was held on R.A kartini building inviting special invites from UNJ, BRIN, and ITB. These are Widyaningrum Indrasari, Yanoar Pribadi Sarwono, and Fifi Fitriyah Masduki. In total, 197 registrant participates in the afternoon session. This conference also produced 135 proceeding articles Scopus Indexed, 16 articles to be published in SINTA 2 Journal, 19 articles to be published as national proceeding.
