J-KOMA is an open access journal, with core focus in two aspect: computer science general and information technology. All copyrights are retained by each respective author, but we hold publishing right. Currently, this journal has E-ISSN :2620-4827 published by LIPI which made it as a national journal.
All articles published by J-KOMA are made immediately available worldwide under an open access license. This means:
- everyone has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in J-KOMA journals, and
- everyone is free to re-use the published material if proper accreditation/citation of the original publication is given.

Jurnal Ilmu Komputer dan Aplikasinya (J-KOMA) is a scientific journal that focuses on the development of computer science (computer science) and information systems (information system) and their applications. Managed by the Jakarta State University Computer Science Study Program, J-KOMA is ready to receive scientific articles, review scientific articles, as well as all scientific writings relating to the latest computer science and information systems fields.
J-KOMA publishes all its articles in full open access format. The scientific community and the general public have, for free, unlimited and immediate access to all content published in JKOMA as soon as it is published on the Internet. This means that J-KOMA does not receive any income from selling subscriptions to print or view online versions of its journals or from charging “pay-per-view” fees. Therefore, J-KOMA needs to defray its editorial and production costs by collecting article processing charges (APCs) from authors’ institutes or research funding bodies. The value of J-KOMA article processing charges (APCs) is $ 120.00 or equivalent to IDR 1,500,000.00. The APCs covers editorial services and production of an article. Submission to J-KOMA is free of charge. APCs are paid when the editor states that the articles are accepted for processing to the next process.
