Mathematics Education Study Program Student Leadership Training or commonly referred to as PKMP Mathematics Education Study Program is an event held by the HRD Department of the Student Executive Board of the Mathematics Education Study Program FMIPA UNJ. It is hoped that the Mathematics Education Study Program Student Leadership Training can become a useful training and learning tool to prepare young intellectuals who are not only competent in the academic field, but also qualified in terms of leadership and organizational management.

The 2022 Mathematics Education Study Program Student Leadership Training Series will be held online and offline on WhatsApp, Zoom Cloud Meetings, and Jakarta State University. The Mathematics Education Study Program Student Leadership Training 2022 was held for 4 days, the Briefing and Day 1 were held online and Day 2 and Day 3 were held offline . Briefing filled with various events including remarks, court order, screening of Mathematics Student Leadership introductory video, executive capita selecta material, question and answer session, group gatherings, then continued with legislative capita selecta material followed by a question and answer session, socialization of assignments, and ending with a prayer as well as a group photo session.

On Day 1 it was filled with various events including conditioning and attendance, opening, trial mechanism material 1, question and answer session followed by trial simulation, ice breaking , then election mechanism material 1, question and answer session followed by election simulation, group gatherings, socialization of assignments, and ended with a prayer and a group photo session.

On Day 2 it started with post to post, then continued with the opening by the MC, continued with material on communication skills and questions and answers, ice breaking, advocacy management materials with questions and answers, group gatherings, break for salat and eating, socialization of assignments, group performances, and ended with a prayer .

On Day 3 it started with post to post, then the opening of the event by the MC, leadership material with questions and answers as well as simulations, then continued with ice breaking, student movement material 1 and question and answer sessions, group gatherings, break for salat and eating, socialization of assignments, filling out questionnaires, OSC with the committee, and ended with a prayer and photo session together.
