A Coordination Meeting is a meeting attended by all members of the legislature which is held at the beginning of the management period with the aim of electing and appointing the general chairman of the legislative institution, discussing and ratifying the structure, equipment, job descriptions, work agenda, rules of conduct, as well as the draft mechanism for monitoring the legislative institution.
