ACTIVITIES OF THE K3L (OSHE) UNIT FMIPA UNJ

1.      Workshop/certification OSH Lab BSNP (National Education Standards Boards) batch 1, 12 December 2020.

2.      BSNP Lab OSH Workshop/Certification batch 2, 16 February 2021

3.      BSNP Lab OSH Workshop/Certification batch 3, 18 August 2021

4.      BSNP General OSH Workshop/Certification, 18 November 2021

All four workshop/certification activities produce 32 lecturers and lab staff certified as BSNP Laboratory OSH Officers and 5 lecturers and lab staff were certified as BSNP General OSH Officers. There are no FMIPA administration staff yet who have passed OSH certification.

5. UNJ Laboratory OSH Implementation Workshop, 11 November 2021

The workshop activities produced implementation documents for each FMIPA UNJ laboratory.

6. Workshop on preparing and auditing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), 23 December 2021, training prospective OSH system preparers and auditors at UNJ.

7. Arrangement of the FMIPA Education Gardens, 9 November 2021—30 July 2022. Activities in the form of designing, planting, arranging and labeling plants in the FMIPA Education Gardens

8. OSHE induction in the green faculty program at the class of Biosciences, Chemistry Study Program (Lecturer Prof. Muktiningsih, MSi), 14 June 2023.

Proposed activities in the near future:

1. Emergency/fire drill for high rise buildings (proposed for all FMIPA OSHE Divisions)

2. Producing Building HSE Induction video (proposed for general GHA users)

3. Management of organic-inorganic (non-hazardous) waste at GHA (Environmental OSHE Division)
