On the other hand, ISO 21001:2018 is an international standard that focuses on the management system of educational organizations. This standard is designed to help academic institutions improve the quality of education, learning processes, and services provided to students and other stakeholders. By implementing ISO 21001:2018, educational institutions are expected to create a more effective learning environment that meets students’ needs and expectations.
This training aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both standards and demonstrate how their implementation can significantly benefit school laboratory management. By mastering the core concepts and principles of ISO 17025:2017 and ISO 21001:2018, participants are expected to contribute to enhancing the quality and reputation of their respective organizations.
