The Biology Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta is continuously working to enhance the quality of its graduates by providing opportunities for students to gain teaching experience not only with the national curriculum but also with international curricula. For the past two years, since 2022, the program has been collaborating with Sekolah Bogor Raya, one of the SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) schools that use the Cambridge International Curriculum for junior high school (IGCSE) and the IB Diploma Program for senior high school, sending several students for teaching internships. More than five students have participated in this enriching program, and the collaboration will continue to strengthen.

In 2024, the Biology Education Study Program expanded its partnerships with another distinguished SPK school, Sekolah Highfield, in Duren Sawit, Jakarta. Sekolah Highfield has long experience implementing the Cambridge International Curriculum for junior high (IGCSE) and senior high (A/AS Level). This collaboration is expected to grow and further support the program’s vision of producing globally competitive biology teachers.
