Pekan Ilmiah Fisika (PIF) is an annual routine activity organized by BEMP Pendidikan Fisika. The organization of PIF is presented to general students as a form of service to the Indonesian people in order to welcome the progress of this country, as well as providing a forum for Indonesian students in working in the field of physics and its application so as to produce an innovation in facing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda The series of PIF lasts for one month starting from the registration of the competition, presenting the competition work, then announcing the winner of the competition.
Physics Edu is a webinar and educational media training event with metaverse technology using Mozilla Hubs involving general students, educators, and Physics Education alumni.
This event aims to discuss and understand various topics of using metaverse in education which hopefully can make the learning process more interactive and facilitate educators in the process of distance learning or large-scale learning. This event contains interesting information and experiences guided by reliable presenters in the field.
Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) is a form of activity that exists every year, to provide learning experiences for students to plunge directly into the community that may not be found in the campus, as well as a student learning process.
Klinik Keilmiahan Fisika activities have been carried out using Zoom Cloud Meetings media with the presentation of material by presenters and several questions given by Physics Scientific Clinic participants. Klinik Keilmiahan Fisika activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in preparing journals and LinkedIn profiles.
The objectives of this activity are:
- Improve students’ ability to find reliable journal references and write journal references correctly.
- Increase students’ knowledge and understanding of good journal writing and the differences in the subject matter of Chapter 1 – 3 in journals.
- Preparing Physics Education Students FMIPA UNJ and general students to have an attractive portfolio by knowing how to prepare a good and attractive LinkedIn profile.
Laboratory Assistant Training is conducted annually. The place of implementation is in the Laboratory of Electronics, Basic Physics, Mechanical Workshop and Modern Physics. This training aims to train the technical skills of laboratory assistants (Aslab) and prepare them for their involvement in assisting lecturers when assisting practicum students and testing samples. This training is mandatory for all Aslab members who will be active this year.
Tutorial is an additional learning activity provided for Physics Education Study Program FMIPA UNJ courses outside of lecture hours. Experienced and competent tutors in their fields will guide this tutorial activity, and the focus can be in the form of discussing some exam questions contained in the Problem Bank or practice questions according to the request of the tutor class.
Training organized by the learning media laboratory of the Physics Education study program. the training is a routine training held once every 3 months which is shown for Physics Education study program students. The purpose of organizing this activity is to train the ability to use high school level physics kits and teaching aids, the materials trained include: Mechanics, Optics, Heat, and Electricity Kits Content
