Students Satisfaction Survey Result

 

Students have filled out the survey and satisfaction questionnaire. The results of the survey and satisfaction questionnaire from students towards the services of lecturers and the Master of Mathematics Education study program are good. The Results of Survey on Vision, Mission, Goals, and Strategy filled by 30 respondents of Master of Mathematics Education students are shown in the following Figure. Based on the survey results, students feel that they have understood the vision, mission and strategy of the educational curriculum in Master of Mathematics Education, Jakarta State University (UNJ).

 

The Results of Survey Related to Governance, Good Governance, and Cooperation filled by 30 respondents of Master of Mathematics Education students are shown in the following Figure. Based on the survey results, students are very satisfied with the governance and cooperation in the educational curriculum in Master of Mathematics Education, Jakarta State University (UNJ).

The Results of Survey Related to students and alumni filled by 30 respondents of Master of Mathematics Education students are shown in the following Figure. Based on the survey results, generally speaking, students express a moderate to high level of satisfaction with the services they receive, both academic and non-academic. They appreciate the efforts made by the faculty to support their educational journey, including the availability of well-structured courses, accessible faculty members, and reliable administrative support. Additionally, non-academic services such as campus facilities contribute to their overall positive experience. This sense of satisfaction reflects the faculty’s commitment to addressing students’ needs comprehensively, fostering an environment conducive to both personal and academic growth.



 

The Results of Survey on facilities and infrastructures indicate that most Master of Mathematics Education students are satisfied with the facilities provided by the faculty, including desks, whiteboards, LCD projectors, chairs, air conditioning, stationery, and desktop computers. The adequacy and modernity of supporting facilities in laboratories and discussion rooms, as well as internet access, are also positively rated. Other facilities such as the health room, cafeteria, parking area, waiting room, toilets, and library are appreciated for their cleanliness, completeness, and accessibility. Transparency regarding tuition payment information and scholarships, as well as fair and professional financial management of student activities, is also recognized. Overall, the available facilities support students’ academic and non-academic activities effectively.

The Results of Survey on Educational Satisfaction filled by 20 respondents of Master of Mathematics Education students are shown in the following Figure. Based on the survey results, students feel satisfied with their education at the Master of Mathematics Education, Jakarta State University (UNJ).
