There are a total of 47 academic staff. The permanent academic staff has a bachelor degree educational background so their competencies conform to the job description.
Besides the academic staff with civil servant status, FMIPA UNJ also has non-civil servant staff who are paid by the faculty funds. The non-civil servant employees also have an academic background ranging from high school, undergraduate to master’s degree, so they are as competent as expected.
