Soft Skills Development

The development of soft skills by the Physics Study program is carried out in three ways, 

(1) Integrated during academic guidance by the Lecturer,

(2) Integrated in each course, and

(3) Instilled in one course in the first semester, namely the Olympiad course.

The Olympiad course outlines the philosophy and values of the Olympics, understanding national culture, building a harmonious society, building a victorious character, and inculcating olympiads to produce leaders with character. The implementation of Olympiad in-person meetings, socialization practices in schools/community groups and the application of Olympic values in the form of camps called the Olympism Camp.

The objectives of the Olympism Camp are:

1. Mental development and student character
2. Applying and developing Olympic values in various aspects of life.
