Visitation of Higher Education Accreditation Field Assessment (APT)

FIELD ASSESSMENT VISITATION HIGHER COLLEGE ACCREDITATION (APT)

UNJ Public Relations (25/01/2020) –   The Jakarta State University Accreditation Field Assessment Visit (APT)  was held online on 25-26 January 2020.  The  field  assessment  was carried out by six assessors from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN- PT).        

This activity was attended  by  the Chancellor  of UNJ, Prof. Dr. Komarudin ,  M.Sc. ,  Chairman of the Senate , Prof. Hafid  Abbas, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Suyono, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Dr. Abdul Sukur, and Deputy Chancellor for Cooperation, Dr. Totok Bintoro, as well as the entire team involved in this assessment.    

Also present was the  National  Accreditation  Board  for Higher Education  (BAN-PT)  Assessor  Team  , Prof. Suhanan ,  from  Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Prof. Muslimin Ibrahim, from Surabaya State University (Unesa), Prof. Indra Maipita, from Medan State University (Unimed), Prof. Seger Handoyo, from Airlangga State University (Unair), Johan Andoyo Effendi Noor, Ph.D., from Brawijaya University (Unibraw), and Dr. Indriaty Sudirman, from Hasanuddin University (Unhas). 

Prof. Komarudin ,  in his speech , admitted that he was happy  and that UNJ  had been waiting for this assessment for a  long time. “This opportunity is an effort for us to raise UNJ’s accreditation again after it dropped to B in 2017. We are ready to collaborate with assessors to convey information and data as objectively as possible,” explained Komarudin.       

Komarudin hopes that the assessment  carried  out  by  the assessor team for  UNJ  can provide direction on UNJ’s shortcomings and weaknesses for further improvement. Therefore, it is also hoped that they will provide assistance, guidance and direction to improve UNJ’s performance.
