“SKEMA” Physical Mental Health Seminar

Mental health is a very important issue during the pandemic transition. Therefore, the Student Executive Board of the Physics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Jakarta State University held a Physics Mental Health Seminar (SKEMA). This activity was followed enthusiastically not only by Physics Study Program Students but also by General Students. This year’s SCHEMA has the theme “Overcoming Pressure and Stress Management in the World of Lectures during the Transitional Period of the Covid-19 Pandemic”. Apart from the seminar, the 2022 SKEMA series was also enlivened by competitions, including the Photography Competition and the Creative Video Competition. The SKEMA event will be held online at:
