Research Roadmap

This research is focused on Development of Analysis Method which are applied in food sector, especially utilization as dairy products of Indonesian plants. The food analysis methods used include of instruments such as UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, Electrophoresis and HPLC. The analytical method developed was further validated based on the validation parameters of the analytical method. Furthermore, valid methods are applied for sample analysis to ensure food safety.
